What Snagg is

Snagg is a general-purpose tool for saving media from links to your Android device. It doesn’t host, store, index or provide any content. Everything you download comes directly from the website the link points to.

Responsible use

You may only use Snagg to download content that you own, that you have permission to download, or that the rights holder has made available for download.

You agree not to use Snagg to:

• infringe the copyright, trademarks or other rights of creators and rights holders;
• download private content you aren’t permitted to access;
• get around paywalls, DRM or other access controls;
• redistribute, re-upload or sell content you don’t have the rights to;
• harass, stalk or invade the privacy of anyone.

Many websites have their own terms about downloading. You’re responsible for following the terms of any website you use with Snagg.

No affiliation

Snagg is independent. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any website or service whose links you use with it. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Your responsibility

You’re solely responsible for the links you use with Snagg and for what you do with the files you save. We don’t monitor or control what you download.

Copyright concerns

Snagg doesn’t host any content, so we can’t remove files from other websites. If you believe your content is being used without permission, contact the website where it’s published. For questions about Snagg itself, email support@snagg.co.ke.

No warranty

Snagg is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Websites change how they work, so some links may stop working at any time. We may update, change or discontinue the app.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Traxx Technology isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Snagg, or for any content you download with it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Snagg after a change means you accept the updated terms.
